We give the consumer the right to return the product that was purchased within 14 working days from the day of receiving the order. In order to cancel the ordered product, the consumer must fill out the cancellation form. We will transfer the money for the returned item no later than 14 days after the buyer's written refusal.

The buyer cannot use the right of refusal if:

· the price of goods and services depends on the fluctuations of the financial market, which the seller cannot control;

· the goods are made according to the instructions of the consumer or are irreplaceable items, or the goods cannot be returned due to their nature, or are perishable or can be used up quickly.

The return of the product is possible only if the product has not been used and is not damaged, as well as in the original packaging.

All costs associated with returning goods are covered by the Customer.
